Our Philosophy
You want to have a wonderful stay and we want that for you too.
We believe that when you are here, this is your home for however long you are staying and that you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy.
Your Unit
We have sought to equip your unit to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Hair dryers and shower towels are provided as standard and a washer/dryer is in the unit – so you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions!
Arrival & Departure Information
Arrival
Wi Fi/ Internet details: will be provided by one of our friendly staff upon check in.
This service is provided for your enjoyment, but you are responsible for safe & appropriate use and complying with all laws. If there is any loss of service, please contact us. Please understand, we have no control over line repairs.
Key Instructions
Keys are located at the door in a lock box, you will be provided with the pin on check in day.
When checking out, please return the key to the lock box.
Check- in Time
Check-in time is from 3PM -10PM. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please, contact us if you will arrive a different time and we’ll do our best, without any promises!
Alternatively, book an extra day before check in, this way you can check in at the desired time.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is strictly 10am.
Should you require a later check-out it will be best to book an extended day for the extra time. If we already have guests arriving that day it will be impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Parking
Parking is not provided, there is paid parking close by.
Cleaning
You will find the unit clean on arrival.
If you need a cleaning service, please let us know and we will arrange this.
An extra fee will apply.
Towels
Fresh towels will be provided on check in.
If you do require fresh towels, you can use the washer/dryer or request fresh ones at an extra fee.
Linen
Fresh bed sheets will be provided on check in.
If you require fresh bedding,you can use the washer/dryer or request fresh ones at an extra fee.
About The Accommodation
Appliance Instructions / Information
Air Conditioning
Every unit has the benefit of air conditioning. You will find a remote for it in the unit. Please ensure that all windows & outside doors are closed whilst the AC is running to ensure it operate to a maximum efficiency.
The Fridge
You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it’s not cooling efficiently) please let us know.
Microwave Oven
Please do not place any shiny or silver dinnerware into the microwave oven. Please wipe out Microwave oven with cloths provided when done cooking.
Oven Stove
The oven stove is electric. Please wipe out oven when done cooking.
Check the cupboards for cooking utensils, crockery, pots & pans.
Washer / Dryer
The washer / dryer is located in the kitchen, under the counter top. Take care to wash / dry a balanced load. For example: Avoid washing / drying t-shirts with towels, this will knock the drum of balance.
Nespresso Machine
For best coffee taste, use water from the water filter jug, located in the fridge, refill it after.
Smart TV
To use the smart TV, you need to have a google account / your DSTV login details / Netflix log in details.
We have provided a google account linked to our unit if you would like to use it instead.
Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen. Should you break anything, please let us know immediately – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
Enjoying Your Time Outside
Communal Pool
Our guests may use the swimming pool.
But please:
*No alcohol, food & beverages, glass bottles or containers
* No loud music
*No swimming after 9PM
*Don’t swim naked
*Games are not permitted
*No animals allowed.
Communal Gym
The gym is available to our guests.
Open between 6:30AM & 10:30PM
