Terms & Conditions

To any person to access the premises and or use the facilities on the premises: Right of admission is reserved. Positive identification may be required upon booking into the guesthouse. Guests enter and stay at this establishment at their own risk. The Proprietor, its agent and/or its employees shall not be liable for any guest/visitor’s claims of theft, loss or damage to personal goods and vehicles, safety, injury of whatever nature or death. Guests and visitors to this establishment indemnify the Proprietor and waive their right to all claims against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. No refunds will be given after you paid and gained entrance to the premises. Refunds only apply on cancellations 14 days before arrival. No show for part of your stay is not refundable. No cash will be given to guests in lieu of any meals. No meals will be given on ‘allowances’ or ‘extras’. This disclaimer notice is prominently displayed in the Guesthouse reception area, is valid and automatically considered as accepted by guests on check in and visitors entering the property. Breakfast is included with accommodation. Laundry services included; 1 load every 7 days

 

Commission Policy

All rates offered by Wisteria Lane Guesthouse or the Proprietor to any Travel body be it a Travel Agency, Travel Bureau, Travel Booking Site or Travel Broker for accommodation must be net and non-commissionable by the body accepting accommodation invoices from Wisteria Lane Guesthouse or its Proprietor. This includes rates offered by Wisteria Lane Guesthouse or the Proprietor. Wisteria Lane Guesthouse negotiates non-commissionable fares and rates with various Travel Agencies, Travel Bureaus, Travel Booking Sites or Travel Brokers for accommodation. Regarding Commission being charged to Wisteria Lane Guesthouse or its Proprietor, an open book policy will apply. Any Travel body be it a Travel Agency, Travel Bureau, Travel Booking Site or Travel Broker, are required to implement control measures to ensure that all commission required by their respective institutions is charged by their booking client or guest and Wisteria Lane Guesthouse will not be liable for any commissions on any accommodation bookings. No override commissions earned through any Travel body be it a Travel Agency, Travel Bureau, Travel Booking Site or Travel Broker, will by paid by Wisteria Lane Guesthouse. Any commissions earned through any Travel body be it a Travel Agency, Travel Bureau, Travel Booking Site or Travel Broker from their accommodation booking client has no association or correlation with Wisteria Lane Guesthouse or its Proprietor.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of a cancelled booking, our cancellation policy will apply to any customer:
  • No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit will be refunded minus 8% banking fees.
  • Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit will be refunded minus 8% banking fees. Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund minus 8% banking fees.
  • Cancellation more than 60 days before stay – full refund minus 8% banking fees.

Wisteria Lane Guesthouse reserves the right to amend this Policy, Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any new version of the Policy, Terms & Conditions will be displayed on our website.
